This class offers Strength and Strength full body workouts for general muscle toning and flexibility. In the class you will concentrate on floor work using "no-impact" aerobic techniques. Hand held weights (1-3 lb.) are recommended to enhance the benefits of the upper body work. Ankle weights may be used for leg work.
