Known as the art of moving meditation Tai Chi was developed in the China over 800 years ago. It has since become a modern day exercise for the improvement of health and fitness. The movements of Tai Chi are slow, making it the perfect exercise for people of any age or fitness level.

Regular Tai Chi Practice enhances the function of the central nervous system and improves the operation of the internal organs, resulting in many therapeutic benefits. The sloe relaxing movements help eliminate stress and tension created by today’s fast paced society.

Chi Kung is a series of breathing and movement exercises developed in China over 3000 years ago. This ancient discipline teaches you how to develop your healing chi (energy) to improve health and well-being in yourself and others.
