Thursday 7:15pm-8:45 (Yoga III-IV)  8:45pm-9:45 (Meditation)

Saturday 10:45-12:15pm (Yoga II)

Yoga classes - $120 for 10 weeks

Meditation - $110 for 10 weeks

At the school we practice Yama and Niyama (personal and social ethics). Consideration and respect for others are among these very important practices.

Be prompt -- class starts with a centering exercise that is disrupted by latecomers. If you are late, please wait outside until warm-ups begin.

Please wait in the hallway for the previous class to end. (Sound carries clearly from the foyer.)

Shoes are to be left on the grey mat inside the door of the Yoga room. Please wear clean socks or make sure the soles of the feet are clean before stepping on the light coloured Yoga carpet.

Absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere in the building.

Please do not chew gum in class.

Students who must carry beepers cell phones to class are asked to handle calls discreetly.

If a student enters class late, please show consideration by making room for him or her.

If you must leave class during the relaxation, please donot ree-enter the Yoga room until relaxation has ended.

Your yoga mat should be used only by you and only for your yoga practice. Please respect the personal energy in other students' mats and blankets by not stepping on them. (This request extends to the instructor's mat.)

When class ends, please take all your belongings (including used tissues) with you.
